Are you not 100% happy with your product?
No problem, we can offer 2 solutions:1. To exchange your product for a different size, model or color, paying or charging the difference if that applies, by paypal;
2. You can get a full refund. Unless faulty we cannot accept returns of items that have been clearly worn. In the case of shoe-wear, we cannot accept items that have been worn outdoors.
We also need to remind you that leather goods require special care and that faults claimed, which we consider are negligence in the caring of your leather products will not be subject to exchange and/or return. Please see our caring tips on our ‘Product & Care advice’ page.

To be entitled for a refund/replacement, all the items must be delivered exactly as you received them. It includes tag and seal still attached. The shoe-wear must be delivered without any scratches in the sole. We advice to try the shoe-wear on a carpeted surface until you have decided to keep them.
The customers are entirely responsible to secure the item is correctly delivered as well as to pay the shipping costs of a returning item, unless:
1. you have received a wrong item;
2. or a faulty product.
1. I received a wrong order
If the item received is different of what you originally ordered, please contact us at [email protected], providing your order number, your name and address, details of the product and respective reasons of its return. Also, inform us if you would prefer a refund or a replacement.
2. I have received a faulty product
If you receive a faulty product you are entitled to exchange the product for a similar one or if no longer available receive a refund for the cost of your purchase. Please contact us at [email protected], providing your order number, your name and address, details of the product and respective reasons of its return. As soon as we receive the item we will confirm the faults and proceed either with your product exchange or refund. If we do not consider the item as defective, the refund will cover the item price plus the initial shipping costs but not the shipping costs incurred by returning the item.

Any item which has been purchased with discount or other type of promotion, in case of replacement, the same discount rate or promotion will be applied to the new item chosen.
